hapsody Shoreside & Port Services is looking for a skilled Tour Operator to join our team in a full-time hybrid capacity. This role is based at our main office in Alexandria, Egypt.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and leading guided tours,managing reservations and sales, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Qualifications:
· Experience in guided tours and the travel & tourism industry.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Proven ability to manage reservations and sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Fluency in English and other languages.
· Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
· Strong organizational and leadership skills.
