Role Overview

We are hiring Outbound Sales Agents (Advanced English – C1 level) to manage:

• Outbound voice calls to promote Health and Wellness (Keto-related) products
• Customer acquisition and telesales targets (warm leads)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to promote Health and Wellness products
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets (achievable & structured)
• Document all leads and customer interactions accurately in the CRM
• Maintain professionalism and deliver a positive customer experience

Requirements

• University graduates or individuals in a gap year (undergraduates not eligible)
• English fluency at C1 level (mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of previous outbound call center sales experience
• Strong sales, communication, and persuasion skills
• Ability to work on-site in Maadi

Working Hours & Schedule

• 5 working days per week (Monday – Friday)
• Fixed days off: Saturday & Sunday
• Shift Timing: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Cairo time)
• 1-hour dinner break

Compensation & Benefits

Total Package (Gross):

• Base Salary: EGP 13,000
• Attendance Bonus: EGP 500
• Transportation Allowance: ~EGP 1,100
• Commission: EGP 100 per confirmed sale

Training & Onboarding:

• Duration: 5 working days
