Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our TikTok Agency team. The role focuses on building strong partnerships with creators, brands, and stakeholders to grow our presence on TikTok, especially within TikTok LIVE. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of TikTok’s ecosystem, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for social media growth and monetization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit talented creators to join our TikTok LIVE agency network.
• Build and maintain relationships with TikTok creators, influencers, and brand partners.
• Develop strategies to grow creators’ performance and engagement on TikTok LIVE.
• Pitch partnership opportunities to potential creators and brands, highlighting monetization benefits.
• Collaborate with marketing and talent management teams to align growth initiatives.
• Negotiate and close partnership deals with creators, agencies, and brands.
• Monitor TikTok trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the platform.
• Prepare and present performance reports, growth forecasts, and business development updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in business development, influencer marketing, or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, TikTok LIVE, and influencer ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and social media analytics platforms.

• Previous experience in a TikTok-related role or influencer agency.
