Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Help Desk Specialist, located in Qesm El Moqatam. The Help Desk Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as offering technical support, responding to help desk queries, troubleshooting, and maintaining desktop computers. The role also requires providing excellent customer support to ensure end-user satisfaction and smooth operation of the IT systems.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Desktop Computers maintenance
• Strong Customer Support skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
