Job Title: Baker

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The Baker will be responsible for preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods while ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a wide range of breads, pastries, cookies, and other baked items.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately according to recipes.
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to achieve consistent quality.
• Decorate and finish baked goods where required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area and equipment.
• Ensure all baked items meet company quality standards.
• Follow health, hygiene, and food safety regulations at all times.
• Assist in developing new recipes and seasonal bakery items.
• Manage inventory of baking ingredients and report shortages.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent results.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Creativity and passion for baking.
• Ability to work early shifts, weekends, and under pressure.
