Role Description:

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for supporting and enabling the sales team to sell more effectively and efficiently. This role focuses on process optimization, sales performance analysis, CRM management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth sales operations and achievement of business targets.


Job Description:

  • Manage sales forecasting processes and create comprehensive performance reports, dashboards, and forecasts for executive leadership.
  • Ensure the sales team has the necessary tools, resources, training, and documentation (manuals, procedures) to be effective.
  • Monitor and optimize the sales pipeline and identify opportunities for process improvements throughout the sales funnel.
  • Oversee and manage the CRM system and other tools to ensure data hygiene and compliance.
  • Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to leadership and recommending data-driven strategies for sales improvement.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to align processes.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to sales operations specialists and contribute to the onboarding and training of new sales team members.
  • Ensure sales processes and data comply with company policies.
  • Ability to quickly learn various service lines in depth and manage their pipelines simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge with sales process automation on high-volume inbound leads.
  • Manage contract management life-cycle.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 7-12 years of experience in sales operations or sales management with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
  • Proven track record in forecasting and data analysis.
  • Advanced MS Suite, particularly in Excel.
