Job Summary
We are looking for a bilingual content writer (English & Arabic) to join our marketing team at Sheikh Zayed.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, and copyediting, preferably in the Learning & Development (L&D) or E-Learning industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Development & Strategy:
- Create and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing and business objectives.
- Write blogs, articles, and thought-leadership pieces focused on L&D, e-learning trends, and industry best practices.
- Develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, case studies, email campaigns, and landing pages.
- Craft creative scripts for promotional videos, brand storytelling, and social media campaigns.
- Social Media & Brand Engagement:
- Develop a social media content strategy and calendar to maintain consistent and impactful messaging.
- Write and optimize social media posts and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and leverage insights to create relevant, timely content.
- Internal & Corporate Communications:
- Create and implement internal communication plans to ensure clear and effective messaging.
- Develop content for newsletters, company announcements, and internal initiatives.
- Editing & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all content.
- Edit and refine content for clarity, impact, and engagement.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, and copyediting.- Bilingual proficiency in English & Arabic (written and verbal).
- Experience in the Learning & Development or E-Learning industry is preferable.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics into engaging, accessible content.
- Experience in social media content planning and execution.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital content optimization is a plus.
- Ability to coordinate between clients and the design team to ensure content meets branding requirements.
- Creativity and strategic thinking – bringing fresh, innovative ideas to content initiatives.
