Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Guest Experience Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt, with some work-from-home options. The Guest Experience Specialist will be responsible for managing guest communications, resolving issues, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, coordinating with the operations team, and providing support for bookings and inquiries. The specialist will also handle feedback and strive to improve guest satisfaction continuously.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience with booking systems and property management software is an advantage
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
