Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Cairo, Egypt. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, making reservations, and providing customer service. Daily tasks include consulting clients on travel needs, coordinating travel plans, handling bookings, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. The Travel Consultant will also address any inquiries and resolve issues related to travel.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and making Travel Arrangements
• Experience in Reservations and Customer Service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and software
• Knowledge of the tourism industry in Egypt
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
• Multilingual skills are a plus
