Join Balinda Home Textiles Factory now as our new Home Textiles Factory Manager 💼✨🌟 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and oversee all stages of home textiles production (cutting, sewing, embroidery, finishing, packaging).
✅ Develop and implement production plans to meet deadlines and quality standards.
✅ Manage, coach, and motivate production teams to achieve efficiency and innovation.
✅ Monitor product quality, minimize waste, and enhance manufacturing processes.
✅ Follow up on inventory and raw materials, coordinating with other departments (Design, Maintenance, Procurement).
✅ Ensure compliance with quality standards, health, and safety regulations.🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:
🎯 Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration (with relevant experience in home textiles).
🎯 5–8 years of hands-on experience in home textiles or fabric manufacturing, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
🎯 Strong knowledge of home textiles manufacturing processes (bed linen, curtains, towels, cushions, etc.).
🎯 Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
🎯 Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
