Job Scope:
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring service excellence. The role involves promoting IT solutions to new and existing clients, executing telesales activities, and serving as the main point of contact for assigned accounts. The Account Manager will stay informed on industry trends, provide tailored product recommendations, and collaborate with internal teams to support successful service delivery and client satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of sales experience in telesales or call center, preferably IT industry, software or hardware.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of IT solutions, services, and trends is a must.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
• Ability to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, sales tools, and general IT products.
