We are a fast-growing precision aerospace manufacturing company in Portland, Oregon, specializing in CNC machining, connector manufacturing, and advanced assemblies. Our team supports some of the most demanding customers in aerospace, and high-tech industries.

We are seeking exceptionally skilled CNC Machining Engineers / Programmers to join our team in the United States. For the right candidates, we will provide full visa sponsorship and relocation support from Egypt.

What You’ll Do

• Program CNC machines using Mastercam for complex aerospace and mission critical components.
• Set up, operate, and optimize advanced CNC equipment (3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis milling and turning centers).
• Interpret GD&T drawings, tight tolerances (±0.0005”), and aerospace specs with absolute accuracy.
• Select tooling, fixturing, and cutting strategies for efficient high-precision machining.
• Perform first article inspections, in-process verification, and collaborate with Quality (CMM/Keyence/Zeiss).
• Drive continuous improvement in machining processes, setup reduction, and cycle time optimization.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years experience as a CNC Programmer / Machining Engineer in aerospace, or high-precision manufacturing.
• Expert knowledge of Mastercam (3D surfacing, multi-axis toolpaths, post customization).
• Strong background in CMM inspection, GD&T, and aerospace standards (AS9100 / ISO9001).
• Ability to work independently from engineering drawings, 3D models, and specifications.
• Hands-on experience with Haas, DMG Mori, Mazak, or similar advanced CNC equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• English proficiency (technical communication level).
