#Key_Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage a team of .NET developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
-Participate in system design, architecture, and development planning.
-Ensure coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes are followed.
-Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews for team members.
-Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and QA teams to ensure project success.
-Handle task assignments, workload distribution, and performance monitoring.
-Stay up to date with the latest .NET technologies and industry trends.
#Required_Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
-7+ years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
-Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
-Experience with MS SQL Server and Entity Framework.
-Solid knowledge of software design patterns, OOP, and clean architecture.
-Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
-Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
-Experience in cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is a plus.
