Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Specialist at Dolce Stays located in New Cairo. The Guest Relations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service by addressing guest queries and complaints, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, and personalizing guest experiences. The role will also involve managing reservations, promoting property amenities, and collaborating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Guest Relations, Customer Service, and ensuring a positive Customer Experience
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and team members
• Sales skills to promote property amenities and services
• Problem-solving skills to address and resolve guest concerns efficiently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in guest relations or customer service in the hospitality industry is preferred
