Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bakery and Pastry Central Buyer located in Cairo, Egypt. The Central Buyer will be responsible for managing and coordinating bakery and pastry procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing bakery and pastry products. The individual will ensure product quality, inventory levels, and supplier relationships are maintained while coordinating with internal teams to align on product requirements and strategic procurement goals.

• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in central buying or procurement in the food industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Food Science, or related field
