Position: Accounts Manager

Location: Smouha – Alexandria

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Manager located in Alexandria.

The Accounts Manager will handle day-to-day financial management tasks, including overseeing accounts receivable and payable, preparing financial statements, and maintaining general ledger accounts.

The role also involves preparing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance. Additionally, the Accounts Manager will work closely with different departments to review and analyze financial data to provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting within a commercial or industrial company,

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Ability to supervise a team of accountants and ensure accurate data entry.

• Preparation of balance sheets and final accounts.

• Monitoring costs and controlling expenses.

• Reviewing accountants’ work and approving monthly reports.

• Must be a resident of Alexandria.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial management, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger maintenance
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and audit coordination practices
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial data analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Accounts Manager.
• Strong experience in using ERP systems.
