Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns for multiple high-profile brands.
- Build and nurture long-term client and creator relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Develop campaign strategies that balance performance goals with brand storytelling.
- Oversee campaign execution and ensure KPIs are met, while troubleshooting proactively.
- Analyze campaign performance deeply, providing insights that shape future strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate influencer marketing into wider brand plans.
- Mentor and support junior account managers/executives in their development.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years’ experience in influencer marketing or PR.
- Experience in the Gulf market (KSA, UAE, or GCC).
- Proven success managing high-budget campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong client servicing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Leadership mindset and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Based in Cairo, hybrid from New Cairo office.
