Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns for multiple high-profile brands.
  • Build and nurture long-term client and creator relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop campaign strategies that balance performance goals with brand storytelling.
  • Oversee campaign execution and ensure KPIs are met, while troubleshooting proactively.
  • Analyze campaign performance deeply, providing insights that shape future strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate influencer marketing into wider brand plans.
  • Mentor and support junior account managers/executives in their development.


Requirements:

  • 4–6 years’ experience in influencer marketing or PR.
  • Experience in the Gulf market (KSA, UAE, or GCC).
  • Proven success managing high-budget campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Strong client servicing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Leadership mindset and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Based in Cairo, hybrid from New Cairo office.
