🚨 We’re Hiring – Admin Officer 🚨

Built Construction Company is seeking a proactive and organized Admin Officer to support our daily operations at our New Cairo office.

💰 Salary Package:

  • 6,000 EGP fixed
  • 1,000 EGP KPI bonus

📍 Location: Life Mall, 2nd Floor, Fifth Settlement – New Cairo

📝 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day office administration tasks
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
  • Support management and different departments with administrative needs
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Manage office supplies and ensure smooth workflow
  • Assist in preparing reports and official correspondence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in administration or office management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
