🚨 We’re Hiring – Admin Officer 🚨
Built Construction Company is seeking a proactive and organized Admin Officer to support our daily operations at our New Cairo office.
💰 Salary Package:
- 6,000 EGP fixed
- 1,000 EGP KPI bonus
📍 Location: Life Mall, 2nd Floor, Fifth Settlement – New Cairo
📝 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day office administration tasks
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
- Support management and different departments with administrative needs
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Manage office supplies and ensure smooth workflow
- Assist in preparing reports and official correspondence
✨ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2–3 years of proven experience in administration or office management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
