Role Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven track record in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technology professionals. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in tech recruitment, a strong understanding of technical roles, and the ability to partner with hiring managers to deliver a seamless recruitment process.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Product, and IT roles).
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, build candidate profiles, and design tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Proactively source and engage candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, referrals, networking, and recruitment events).
  • Conduct screening interviews and technical assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Maintain and update ATS/CRM systems with accurate candidate information.
  • Provide market insights on tech talent trends, salary benchmarks, and sourcing best practices.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top tech talent.
  • Track and analyze recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, source effectiveness).
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future technical needs.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tech Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist in IT, software, or tech-driven industries.
  • Strong knowledge of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
  • Proven ability to source candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS/HR systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple requisitions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
