Training Coordinator | Full-Time | Remote (MENA Region)

On behalf of a growing offshoring call center company, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time remote role open to candidates across the MENA region.
About the Role
As a Training Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the professional development of employees by coordinating training programs, onboarding initiatives, and skill development activities. You will ensure smooth delivery of training operations, acting as a bridge between trainers, management, and employees to enhance performance and maintain high service standards within the call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
Assist in developing training materials, guides, and documentation.
Monitor attendance, performance, and feedback from training sessions.
Ensure training programs are aligned with company standards and client requirements.
Track and maintain training records, reports, and evaluations.
Support trainers and managers with logistics, communication, and follow-up.
Contribute to continuous improvement of training processes and tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in training coordination, HR, or administration, ideally within a call center or outsourcing/offshoring environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
