Job Description

• Perform daily quality control checks on production and packaging processes to ensure product safety and compliance with specifications.
•  Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
•   Record and report defects, deviations, and non-conformities to the relevant teams.
•  Monitor production lines to verify that products meet established standards and requirements.
•  Collaborate with production teams to resolve immediate quality issues.
•  Maintain accurate inspection records and quality control documentation.
•  Support continuous monitoring of packaging to ensure consistency and high standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a quality and packaging engineering , preferably within the manufacturing or glass industry, inclouding inspection, Defect analysis, and packaging optimization.
• Understanding of lean and six sigma.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Proficiency in using quality tools and software for data analysis and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to upholding safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance standards.
