Role Overview

This role focuses on managing paid campaigns across Facebook and Meta platforms. Responsibilities include audience targeting, creative testing, budget allocation, and performance optimization. You will analyze campaign data, report insights, and collaborate with creative and analytics teams to refine strategies for maximum ROI.

What We’re Looking For

4–6 years of experience managing Facebook and Meta Ads campaigns.

Strong understanding of audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.

Hands-on experience with campaign optimization and A/B testing.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting dashboards and analytics tools.

Strong communication and project management skills.
