Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the installation, configuration, upgrade, and administration of networked servers, workstations, peripheral devices, and software to ensure continuous operations.
- Perform server backup operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and replace/repair components when needed.
- Install and configure network upgrades to enhance system performance, reliability, and security.
- Update and maintain network and endpoint security systems, applying antivirus and security protocols.
- Respond to and resolve escalated Helpdesk tickets and user requests.
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting of servers, routers, switches, and system adjustments.
- Document system processes, procedures, and technical configurations.
- Collaborate with IT team members to ensure network stability and efficiency.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Professional certifications preferred (Microsoft, Cisco).
- Strong ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in system and server-level documentation.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure and extended hours when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
