Present financial inclusion products to clients using the authorized techniques in order to meet customer’s needs .
. Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales tactics
Efficiently and professionally initiate new customer accounts to increase revenues .
. Generate leads and build relationships by organizing a daily work schedule to set a meeting/call on existing and potential customers .
. Ensure the delivery of all the required documents in a timely manner to maintain accurate records in alignment with work policies and procedures .
. Prepare sales reports stating sales progress in order to support further decision making .
Job Requirements :
. A degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field would be advantage .
. At least 1:2 years of proven prior sales/retail experience “Banking is preferred”.
. Excellent knowledge of MS Office .
. Interactive Communication/Negotiation Skills .
. Excellent Problem-solving, and Organizational Skills.
. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs .
. Relationship management/customer service skills and openness to feedback
