Role Description

New Plast Group is hiring a full-time, on-site Indoor Sales Representative. You will be responsible for handling client inquiries, conducting outreach, presenting our plastic raw material products, and supporting the full sales cycle. The role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound/inbound calls and emails to engage potential clients.
• Present and explain our plastic raw materials products.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Requirements:

• 
  
• 0–2 years of sales experience (fresh graduates welcome).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Resilient, presentable, and able to handle objections.
• Residents of New Cairo are preferred.
