Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager located in 10th of Ramadan. The Customer Service Manager will oversee the customer service team, ensuring excellent customer support and satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, analyzing customer feedback, and developing strategies to improve service quality. The Customer Service Manager will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and fostering strong customer relationships.
