Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our engineering team. If you have hands-on experience in maintaining industrial equipment and a passion for improving operational efficiency, we’d love to hear from you.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and supervise daily mechanical maintenance activities
• Perform root cause analysis and propose preventive solutions
• Monitor equipment performance using predictive maintenance tools
• Prepare detailed failure analysis reports and recommend performance improvements.
• Track and analyze equipment performance indicators (MTTR, MTBF).
• Oversee repairs of pumps, compressors, gear systems, and hydraulic components
• Test equipment post-maintenance to ensure proper functionality.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance
• Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and using maintenance software
• Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, lubrication systems, and fault diagnostics
• Familiarity with maintenance software and engineering schematics
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
