Zizo Kids Wear, a leading company in wholesale children's clothing, is looking for a dedicated Ecommerce Specialist to manage and enhance our Shopify-based online store. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Shopify store management, product uploads, image editing, digital marketing, and website optimization, with a focus on the children's clothing industry. This role demands a creative and proactive individual who can boost wholesale sales, improve the customer experience, and ensure seamless website functionality tailored to the needs of a kids' fashion brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Shopify Store Management:
- Configure and maintain the Shopify store, including themes, plugins, and integrations to support wholesale operations.
- Upload and manage product listings for children’s clothing, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, sizing details, and inventory levels.
- Customize the store’s design to reflect Zizo Kids Wear’s playful and vibrant brand identity, appealing to wholesale buyers and parents.
- Product and Image Management:
- Source, edit, and upload high-quality images of children’s clothing, ensuring they are visually appealing and showcase product details (e.g., colors, patterns, and sizes).
- Create engaging and age-appropriate product descriptions that highlight fabric quality, comfort, and style to attract B2B clients and end customers.
- Regularly update product catalogs to reflect seasonal collections, new arrivals, and trending kids’ fashion styles.
- Digital Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and implement targeted digital marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Instagram, WhatsApp Business) to drive traffic and wholesale inquiries to the store.
- Create engaging social media content tailored to children’s fashion, including posts, stories, and reels to showcase Zizo Kids Wear collections.
- Utilize email marketing to nurture relationships with wholesale clients and promote bulk order discounts or new product launches.
- Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns using analytics tools to maximize ROI and increase brand visibility.
- Website Optimization and Maintenance:
- Ensure the website is intuitive, mobile-friendly, and optimized for both wholesale buyers and retail customers browsing kids’ clothing.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings for terms related to children’s fashion and wholesale clothing.
- Regularly test and troubleshoot the website to ensure fast loading times, secure transactions, and a seamless shopping experience.
- Inventory and Wholesale Order Management:
- Collaborate with the inventory team to maintain accurate stock levels for all clothing items, sizes, and collections on the Shopify platform.
- Streamline the wholesale order process, from inquiry to fulfillment, ensuring clear communication with B2B clients.
- Manage bulk pricing, discounts, and promotions tailored to wholesale customers.
- Customer Engagement and Support:
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries (via email, chat, or WhatsApp) regarding product details, sizing, or bulk orders.
- Gather feedback from wholesale clients and retail customers to improve product offerings and the online shopping experience.
- Market Research and Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated on children’s fashion trends, including colors, patterns, and styles, to ensure Zizo Kids Wear remains competitive.
- Analyze competitor strategies and market demands to recommend new products or promotional strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a Shopify store, ideally for a children’s clothing or fashion brand.
- Strong skills in product photography, image editing (using tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva), and content creation tailored to kids’ fashion.
- Expertise in digital marketing, including social media advertising, email campaigns, and SEO, with a focus on B2B and B2C audiences.
- Familiarity with wholesale business models and ecommerce operations in the fashion industry.
- Analytical skills to track performance metrics and optimize marketing and sales strategies.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage product catalogs and inventory.
- Creative mindset with a passion for children’s fashion and an understanding of market trends.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is highly preferred for effective communication with diverse clients.
