Client Experience Supervisor

Core Purpose: Lead front-desk operations to ensure seamless, premium patient journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train/manage reception team (3 receptionists).
• Personally handle VIP client interactions.
• Optimize daily scheduling and patient flow.
• Resolve complex client inquiries.
• Shift: 12 PM - 8 PM (bridging coverage).

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in supervisory roles (medical/aesthetic/luxury hospitality)
• Proven leadership and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience with high-profile clientele
