Google Ads Growth Specialist – Performance Media (Remote Contract)

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Google Ads platforms, with hands-on experience in campaign management, reporting, media planning, and analytics. This role requires continuous optimization of paid campaigns through A/B testing and data-driven insights to improve performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Performance & Optimization

  • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).
  • Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve results.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Optimize budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.

Data Collection & Analysis

  • Collect and analyze data from Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights related to campaign performance and user behavior.
  • Use analytics to create actionable growth strategies for scaling campaigns.

Reporting & Dashboard Creation

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards tracking performance metrics.
  • Present insights clearly to internal teams and management for decision-making.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure campaign alignment.
  • Communicate performance updates, testing results, and growth opportunities regularly.

Learning & Development

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of SEM/PPC and performance marketing strategies.

Skills & Requirements

  • 1–3 years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Ads Editor.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into optimization strategies.
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
