Job Description

• Review and prepare technical and commercial proposals for tenders.
• Study tender documents, specifications, and drawings.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to prepare bids.
• Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
• Provide value engineering and cost-effective technical solutions.
• Follow up on tenders until final award.

Job Requirements

 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Power / Production / HVAC).
• 3–7  years of experience in Tendering / Estimation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of international standards and codes.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Previous experience in [HVAC / Fire Fighting / Plumbing / Oil & Gas – depending on company field] is preferred.
