Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Lazib Inn Resort & Spa located in El Faiyum. The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage staff, and uphold high standards of food quality and service. Responsibilities also include staff training, scheduling, inventory management, and liaising with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management and hospitality management
• Skills in staff management, training, and scheduling
• Inventory management and supplier liaising skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work on-site in El Faiyum
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
• Experience in luxury or boutique hotel settings is beneficial
