Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Network Engineer and Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our core network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Cisco ACI, Switches & Routers, and Cisco DNA Center, ensuring a secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise network environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise network infrastructure, including data center and campus networks.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure).
• Manage and optimize Cisco Switches and Routers, ensuring high availability and redundancy.
• Implement and manage Cisco DNA Center for automation, assurance.
• Monitor and analyze network performance, capacity, and availability to proactively resolve issues.
• Develop and enforce network standards, policies, and documentation.
• Collaborate with security, systems, and application teams to ensure integrated solutions.
• Support disaster recovery, backup, and high-availability strategies for network services.
• Stay updated on emerging networking technologies and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-3 Years of Experience for Mid Level role and 4-6 years of experience for senior role.
• Strong hands-on expertise with:
• Cisco ACI (fabric configuration, policies, and troubleshooting).
• Cisco Switches (Catalyst, Nexus) and Routers (ISR, ASR).
• Cisco DNA Center.
• Aware of routing and switching protocols (OSPF, BGP, STP, VLAN, VXLAN).
• Solid understanding of network security fundamentals, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, etc.).
• Relevant certifications preferred: Cisco CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Data Center, or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
