Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an English Customer Service Agent based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves providing customer service, support, and satisfaction to enhance the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels. Some work from home is acceptable as part of the hybrid model.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service, Customer Service Representatives, and Customer Support
- Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and provide a positive Customer Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is a Must
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with the telecommunications industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
