We are looking for an experienced Tour Operator with strong expertise in outbound travel and proven ability to manage international DMC partnerships to deliver world-class VIP and luxury experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create bespoke, innovative, and competitively priced outbound luxury packages.
• Coordinate with global DMCs, premium hotels, airlines, and suppliers to secure top-quality services.
• Customize VIP itineraries including private transfers, yachts, charter flights, and exclusive activities.
• Manage all logistics with precision – bookings, confirmations, and travel documentation.
• Serve as the main contact for high-value clients, ensuring seamless and personalized service.
• Prepare budgets, quotations, and monitor financial performance of tours.
• Support and mentor junior staff to uphold luxury service standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in outbound tour operations.
• Strong background in working with international DMCs and managing VIP luxury travel.
• Extensive destination knowledge across key luxury markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English
