Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a مدربة في مجال التعلم المبكر (Early Learning Trainer). The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive early learning training programs, guiding educators in innovative teaching techniques, evaluating educational materials, and conducting workshops and seminars. The role also includes mentoring and supporting educators in the implementation of early learning strategies and best practices.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or a Ph.D. in Early Childhood Education

• Experience in early childhood education and training
• Strong skills in curriculum development and instructional design
• Excellent presentation, mentoring, and coaching skills
• Proficiency in conducting workshops, seminars, and training sessions
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field
• Experience working with educators and implementing innovative teaching methods is a plus
