Job Description

• Prepare BOQ and cost estimation Sheets.
• Responsible for all Tendering and Cost Estimation for the Electrical Trades (LV
systems - MV systems - Low Current Systems). “FOR ELECTRICAL Engineer”
• Responsible for all Tendering and Cost Estimation for the Mechanical Trades (HVAC –
Fire Fighting - Plumbing). “FOR MECHANICAL Engineer”
• Study tender drawings, specification, quantity surveying, and budget and tender
BOQs for each project.
• Sending RFQ’s & Receiving quotations from Vendors, Suppliers, and Subcontractors and Make sure that the quotations comply with the project required and provided Specifications.
• Review Vendors and Supplier’s Quotations to determine the best price and delivery date.
• Prepare technical & Commercial Proposals.
• Prepare Comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations.
• Review designs prepared by the owner or its consultant; submit related engineering and technical notes to manager.
• Negotiate the technical and financial issues of the offers received from suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractor.
• Define required needs of designs, engineering drawings
• Prepare Comparisons based on suppliers Quotations.

Job Requirements

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering. “FOR MECHANICAL Engineer”
• 4-6 years of experience in Tendering and Projects Cost Estimation “Preferably in KSA”.
• Construction experience is a must.
   
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent presentation and creativity skills
• Language: English: Excellent command Written & Spoken
• Competencies and skills: Negotiation, Reporting skills, Computer skills, Proposal writing.
• Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time.
