The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the core team behind baguette. You’ll design, code, and ship AI-driven features that redefine how marketing teams work. This is a hands-on engineering role, you’ll write production-grade code daily, solve tough problems, and see your work make a measurable impact.

What you will do

• Build and scale full-stack features using React, Go, Laravel, and Python
• Create AI-first functionality for automation, personalization, and predictive analytics
• Write clean, efficient, production-level code and optimize system performance
• Integrate APIs, CRMs, and third-party marketing tools
• Develop automation flows using n8n and Python scripting
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

What you bring

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience
• Expert in React, Go, Laravel, and Python
• Proven work on SaaS or ERP platforms, ideally in marketing tech
• Familiarity with AI models, APIs, and workflow automation
• Knowledge of architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
• Passion for clean, scalable, high-performance code
