Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Handling of electromechanical & electrical tenders & RFB including but not limited to Solar plant, Data Centers, firefighting, Light current, BMS, HVAC, EDB, UPS, Diesel Generators Power generation.

Communicate all tender internal parties (Operation, finance & Sales…. etc.) & external parties (Suppliers, vendors, Service providers…e.tc.) in order to get the final optimum solution.

Manage associated cost preparation responsibilities.

Obtain Manufacturers, Vendors, Suppliers, and Subcontractors costs concerning tender requirements where necessary.

Collect queries from all tender stakeholders to get clarification from customers through sales team.

Attend clarification meetings with Client when required.

Take responsibility for all associated handover documentation in the event of an order.

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimate of defined technical solution(s) including contingency and risk provisions with Tender/Project Manager.

Prepare final technical offers according to tender requirements including Administrative, technical parts

Ensure appropriate tax, currency hedging and cashflow requirements are defined and included within the cost estimate and/or qualifications, with necessary finance approvals.

Executing Service partnership Registration process for the company to the main & essential vendors 

Manage internal reporting of status on allocated commercial and contractual issues for allocated tenders in accordance with company procedures, processes, and systems such as Tender Status pipeline

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

2-4 years’ experience in electromechanical (Solar, Data Centers…. etc.) Tendering or Pre-Sales Extensive

Excellent command of English and French is preferred.

Excellent command of Microsoft office
