uantity Surveyor (Architecture)

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team, preferably with an architectural background and 4 years of experience in quantity surveying.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs with full breakdowns based on design, drawings and specifications.

• Support the pricing process with good knowledge of materials and construction techniques.

• Assist in the preparation of payment applications, variation orders (VOs), and invoices.

• Coordinate with technical and design teams to ensure quantities and measurements align with project requirements.

• Work across interior, exterior, and landscape scopes as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Architecture is preferred (or a related construction field).

• 4 years of experience working as a quantity surveyor.

• Solid understanding of materials and their site application.

• Proficiency in preparing BOQs is essential; familiarity with pricing is a plus.

• Experience working on payment certificates, variation orders, and invoicing processes.

• Knowledge of the UAE market (materials, rates, and suppliers) is a strong advantage.

• Proficient in using Excel, AutoCAD, and PlanSw
