Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Qesm El Maadi, Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high quality of service. Daily tasks include handling customer interactions, resolving issues, managing the customer experience, and contributing to the overall customer service strategy.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in maintaining high customer experience and addressing client inquiries effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in a luxury or concierge service environment is a plus
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is beneficial
