French Customer Service Representative
Role: Customer Service Representative
Location: Maadi Technology Park, Cairo, Egypt
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Type: On-site – Rotational Shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers through various communication channels.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by addressing inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Leverage in-depth product and service knowledge to consult with customers and offer effective solutions.
- Conduct thorough research and follow-up to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Fluency in French & English – both verbal and written communication.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service (call center experience preferred).
- Bachelor's degree required – graduates only.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Egyptian nationals only.
