French Customer Service Representative


Role: Customer Service Representative

Location: Maadi Technology Park, Cairo, Egypt

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Type: On-site – Rotational Shifts


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers through various communication channels.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by addressing inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Leverage in-depth product and service knowledge to consult with customers and offer effective solutions.
  • Conduct thorough research and follow-up to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.


Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Fluency in French & English – both verbal and written communication.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service (call center experience preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree required – graduates only.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
  • Egyptian nationals only.
