Job Description

• Plan and organize daily production operations.
• Analyze and enhance production lines to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Design production tools and equipment, optimizing machine performance.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for machinery and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and occupational safety regulations.
• Coordinate with Quality, Planning, and Maintenance departments to achieve production targets.
• Prepare periodic technical and performance reports.
• Participate in cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Train operators and technicians on new equipment and technologies.

 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering – Production major preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in industrial production or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and modern production systems.
• Proficiency in engineering design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
