Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- Interpret and review construction drawings, plans, and specifications to guide site operations.
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, documentation, and records of daily activities.
- Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations on the construction site.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with engineering and design teams to address site-related challenges and implement solutions.
- Support the handover process by ensuring all site works are completed to specification and required standards.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for team collaboration.
- Proficiency in site management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing project requirements.
