We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our projects team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in cost planning, budgeting, and financial management to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.

Perform quantity take-offs and measure project requirements.

Prepare and analyze Breakdown Cost.

Read shop drawings accurately to support cost estimation.

Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Support the project team in cost control and budget management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor (preferably in interior projects).

Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQs, and contracts.
