Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, analyzing market trends, handling customer inquiries, coordinating with the sales team, and optimizing user experiences on ecommerce sites. Daily tasks include tracking sales, generating reports, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and E-Commerce knowledge
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Sales and E-Commerce platforms
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proficient in English and Arabic
