Job Description

• Handle daily site expenses and prepare financial reports.
• Review supplier invoices and expenses, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy.
• Manage petty cash, workers’ advances, and site purchase payments.
• Coordinate with the head office finance department for report submissions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and site-related documentation.
• Assist in preparing monthly site expense summaries and reports.
   

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Commerce.
• 3–4 years of experience as a Site Accountant (preferably in Landscaping or Construction).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to deadlines.
