Available Positions:

• Senior Electrical QS | 7–10 years of experience
• Electrical QS | 3–5 years of experience
• Junior Electrical QS | 0–2 years of experience
• Junior Mechanical QS | 0–2 years of experience
• Senior Architectural QS | 10–15 years of experience
• Senior Civil/Structural QS | 10–15 years of experience

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate quantity take-offs and measurements across various systems and disciplines.
• Conduct technical reviews of project documents, including drawings and specifications.
• Prepare detailed and comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Develop cost estimates to support budgeting and tendering stages.

Candidate Requirements:

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Proven pre-contract quantity surveying experience is essential.
• Must be currently residing in Cairo.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Revit; knowledge of CostX is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of standard methods of measurement and industry best practices.
