Job Responsibilities:
Spare parts
- Participate in the preparation of spare parts plan and examine it in order to maintain their quality.
- Supervise on coding failures and coding spare parts in order to maximize MTBF and minimize MTTR.
- Follow-up the receiving of spare parts and the reasons of delayed purchasing orders to keep the machines non-stop.
- Responsible for oversight of design, operational and trouble shooting for utility systems.
Downtime
- Participate in the preparation of maintenance plan to achieve the required production plan and the installation of new machines to save time.
- Coordinate with site departments to schedule utility system shutdown and startup.
- Supervise on the stop of machines and equipment in order to maximize availability.
Audits & Performance
- Accountable for all the maintenance operations’ activities running at the factory by managing the utilities team.
- Participate in external and internal audits of the system TPM, excellence and ISO in order to ensure that properly applied.
- Enforce the use of all safety procedures to reduce accidents and incidents to an absolute minimum by developing work procedures that adhere to safety and environmental cleanliness principles.
Development
- Determine the causes of deviations of the objectives’ set and the opportunities for improvement and priority orders.
- Optimize energy consumption and eliminate its losses within the factory.
- Monitor the implementation of maintenance items and causes of diffraction and stablish the suitable corrective action in order to improve the machines’ performance.
Job Requirements:
Academic and professional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Food or Beverage manufacturing experience
Experience:
- 4-7 years of experience

- Strong leadership & supervisory skills.
- Ability to manage, plan and organize production staff and working on multiple tasks.
- Target and Objective driven Attitude.
- Computer literate and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Highly skilled at analyzing, identifying and implementing process improvements.
