Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a Travel Agent. The Travel Agent will be responsible for handling reservations, providing customer service, and making travel arrangements, including car rentals. The agent will also be engaged in sales activities to promote and sell travel packages and services. Day-to-day tasks include booking flights, hotels, and tours, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring all travel plans are executed smoothly.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling Reservations and Travel Arrangements
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Experience with Car Rental services
• Sales skills for promoting travel packages and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is a plus
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
